The Revd Scott Lamb, our Team Rector Tel. (01753) 529988
Father Scott is the brand new team rector in Upton-cum-Chalvey. Throughout his career he has worked in parishes across London, served as a Chaplain in the Royal Navy and been a team rector in Bexley. He is married to Elizabeth who works in a local secondary school. Like all the clergy of the parish you will find him cycling around the parish rather than driving.
Fr Scott writes: " I am delighted to be the new rector in central Slough where our historic churches are set in a vibrant, diverse and faith-filled town. St Mary's, St Laurence’s and St Peter’s have always been at the heart of the local community and I am looking forward to finding new ways in which we can love and serve our neighbours."

The Revd Alistair Stewart, our Team Vicar Tel. (01753) 520725
Father Alistair has been a member of the team since 2013. Prior to joining us he had been vicar of three Dorset parishes and also taught in theological colleges in the USA and the West Indies, but feels he was always destined to end up in Slough!
He eschews motorised transport, and will be glad to meet you as he walks or cycles around the parish. |
